I completed my Ph.D. in Educational Psychology (Human Development) from the Department of Educational & Counselling Psychology, McGill University. My doctoral thesis explored the effect of reading comprehension intervention in improving math word problem performance in elementary grade children. My interests lie in academic support for students, as well as curriculum development and pedagogical support for teachers & instructors. I have experience as an academic support TA, reading specialist, and wellness & learning strategies specialist in India and Canada.

Current Position: Currently, I work with the Pedagogical Support & Innovation (PSI) team at Vanier College, Montreal, as a Pedagogical Counsellor (Research Analyst & Academic Programs).
